This class is meant for all women who crave something *more* -- something that can only be felt. When's the last time you felt truly SEEN? Come experience 90 minutes of self-reflection, movement/yoga, and growing inside and out! You are welcome AS YOU ARE! Show up excited, nervous, hopeful, skeptical, tired, happy -- you are wanted. What to expect in class: *Movement - via an accessible, beginner-friendly yoga flow or maybe unscripted dance time *Connection - experience what it feels like to relate to each other, to see your journey in others'. Discover the foundations of true friendship. *Freedom - be whoever you are; take part in whatever feels right to you and don't take part if it doesn't feel right *Growth - you will be challenged to consider thoughts you've never thought, feelings you've never felt, and be invited to take action to become the person you were always meant to be; discover what it means to you to balance tenderness and discipline *Honesty - practice being exactly you; uncover where you hide while others do the same *Kindness - enjoy the beauty of building from a place of love $30 Bring a yoga mat and a blanket or pillow, if you have these.
