Shared Ground: A Women's Gathering

Deep connection. Sisterhood. Internal landscaping. Unbridled joy and unlimited gratitude. Are you looking for new, healthy relationships to plant and tend? This class is meant for all women who crave something *more* -- something that can only be felt. When's the last time you felt truly SEEN? Come experience two magical hours of self-reflection, movement/yoga, some kind of creative art/craft, and growing inside and out! You are welcome AS YOU ARE! Show up excited, nervous, hopeful, skeptical, tired, happy -- you are wanted. What to expect in class: *Connection - experience what it feels like to relate to each other, to see your journey in others'. Discover the foundations of true friendship. *Movement - via an accessible, beginner-friendly yoga flow *Art - you'll be guided in creating a soulful, unique piece of art *Freedom - be whoever you are; take part in whatever feels right to you and don't take part if it doesn't feel right *Growth - you will be challenged to consider thoughts you've never thought, feelings you've never felt, and be invited to take action to become the person you were always meant to be; discover what it means to you to balance tenderness and discipline *Honesty - practice being exactly you; uncover where you hide while others do the same *Kindness - enjoy the beauty of building from a place of love $35 Bring a yoga mat and a blanket or pillow, if you have these. Supplies are available but limited in number. This event will take place at Wildflower Studio located at 831 Philippi Rd Wartrace, TN 37183. -- "Rooted" and "Shared Ground" are two different classes, both once a month. Rooted is a 1.5 hour free gathering and is talk-only. Shared Ground is like Rooted but more in-depth. It is $35 and includes 2.5 hours of sisterhood, yoga, arts/crafts, and sharing. Because of the space needed for yoga, this class is limited to 8 participants.
