This is our dedicated 'Shared Ground'—a small, warm sanctuary where we trade the noise of the world for the steady rhythm of sisterhood. What to expect each week: We begin by grounding our bodies with yoga and meditation, followed by a soft landing into journaling and sharing. Some weeks we’ll have tea and talk; others, we’ll get our hands busy with arts and crafts. It is unhurried, unfiltered, and deeply rooted in the belief that we grow better together. Whether you need a place to laugh, a place to cry, or just a place to sit in silence with others, our doors are open every week. Come as you are, whenever you can.

Cancellation Policy
Classes cannot be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled within two hours of class time. Drop ins and class packages will not be refunded due to no show. PAYING IN PERSON * If you are paying in person, please BRING THE EXACT AMOUNT owed as we do not always have change on hand. * If you are unable to show for a class you have booked and it is within 2 hours of the class start time, CALL OR TEXT THE STUDIO (931-389-1983) immediately. * If you book online, do not pay in advance, and choose to no-call & no-show the spot you booked, your account may be banned from booking further classes without payment in advance.
