Rooted: A FREE Women's Gathering

Service Description

Step into a small, warm sanctuary where we trade the noise of the world for the steady rhythm of sisterhood. Once a month, we gather — completely free — to nurture ourselves through hot tea and courageous presence. This is not a space for productivity, performance, yoga, or crafts. Instead, we release the pressure to “do” and gently return to simply being, together. What to Expect: We begin with a short, grounding meditation to settle into our bodies and the space. From there, we move into quiet journaling, followed by optional sharing. Tea and water are available, and you are always welcome to speak, listen, or simply sit in silence among other women. There is no rush, no fixing, and no expectation — just an open circle rooted in the belief that we grow better together. Whether you need a place to laugh, a place to cry, or a place to rest in quiet connection, our doors are open. Come exactly as you are, whenever you can. You are welcome here. -- "Rooted" and "Shared Ground" are two different classes, both once a month. Rooted is a 1.5 hour free gathering and is talk-only. Shared Ground is like Rooted but more in-depth. This class is $35 and includes 2.5 hours of sisterhood, yoga, arts/crafts, and sharing.
